Do you ship outside the US?
Yes! We can ship just about anywhere and have helped hundreds of customers in the UK, Canada, Australia and many other countries. Any applicable VAT for your area and shipping is calculated at the checkout. All prices are listed in USD.
My ring doesn't fit, is there anything I can do?
Yes! Hopefully you used the sizer on our site, every jeweler will size your ring a bit differently, but if your ring doesn't fit you and is just a bit too large you can typically size it down a bit by adding a few layers of clear nail polish to the inside. If your ring is too small you may be able to stretch it a bit larger using a ring stretching apparatus, unfortunately you may need to find a local jeweler to help with this, we do not resize rings.
My ring is turning my finger a different color, is this normal, doesn't it mean the metal is cheap?
This is fairly normal but it mainly depends on your own individual PH balance, it absolutely does not mean the metal is inferior or cheap, it just means that your skin is reacting with a metal in the alloy. The easiest fix is sealing the interior of the ring with clear nail polish or a similar sealant if you encounter this issue, or not wearing the ring if you are planning to be underwater or sweat heavily, you could also try laying off acidic foods :)
How long does it take to get a custom ring made?
All together, about 10-14 business days. After you order, we send you a preview image via email within 24-36 hours. Once you've approved the image then we start to 3D print it. This process takes us about 10-12 business days and then we ship them out and send you a tracking number, they usually arrive about 2-3 business days in the US.
Do you have a phone number we can call?
We are a very small business and typically don't have the time, around making and designing rings to handle phone calls during any consistent hours. We do a pretty good job of answering any emails twice per day though. If it's truly needed we can schedule a call, but email is probably the fastest way to get an answer to your questions!
